We aim to make our services available to you all the time, but we can’t promise they will always be up because of things we can’t control, like problems with other companies hosting our services or technical repairs. WPUpright won’t be responsible for any time our services are down or not working well if it’s due to things we can’t control.
You promise to give us accurate details, like what you want for your project and when it needs to be done. You also agree communicate with our team while we work on your project. You are responsible for any third-party software, plugins, or tools you request us to integrate with your WordPress site.
Our services are offered under a contract, and payment details will be discussed and agreed upon before we start the project. You must pay for the services as stated in your agreement with WPUpright. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services until payment is completed.
After the full payment is made, any work done by WPUpright for the client will belong to the client, unless there is a written agreement saying otherwise. We have the right to show finished projects in our portfolio, unless the client specifically asks us not to.
WPUpright respects the privacy of our clients and is committed to safeguarding any confidential information shared with us during our work. We will not share any proprietary or sensitive data with third parties without your permission, unless we are legally required to do so.
WPUpright will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our total responsibility for any service will not go beyond the total amount you paid for that specific service.
Either party can end the agreement by giving written notice if the other party breaks any of its terms. If the agreement is ended, WPUpright keeps the right to keep any deposits or payments for work already done. When the agreement ends, all access and rights given to the client will stop.
WPUpright can update these Terms of Service whenever needed. We’ll let you know about any big changes, and if you keep using our services, it means you agree to the new terms.
