Refund Policy

You can get a refund for certain services if we can’t meet the agreed-upon results or if the services are canceled during the allowed time, as stated in your service agreement. However, refunds aren’t available if a project is almost finished or if a lot of work has already been done.

2. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds for Initial Evaluations: If you’re not happy with our initial evaluation or plan, you can ask for a refund within five days of starting our work together.
  • Refunds for Development Work: For development projects, refunds usually only cover the early stages. Once we’ve made significant progress, refunds may not be available.
  • Refunds for Monthly Services: For ongoing services like SEO or maintenance, refunds aren’t available once a billing period starts. However, you can cancel the service for the next billing period.

3. No-Refund Services

Some services can’t be refunded because of what they are, like consulting fees, making content, or single-time services that the client has already received and agreed to. Custom services also can’t be refunded once work on them starts.

4. Process for Requesting a Refund

If you want to ask for a refund, reach out to our support team within 14 days of getting the service. Your request should explain why you want the refund and include any helpful documents. We’ll look at your request and get back to you within seven business days.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain situations, we might give a partial refund depending on how much work has been done. The amount of the partial refund will be decided by us, considering the progress of the project when you ask for the refund.

6. Disputes and Resolution

WPUpright aims to handle any problems with our services directly. If you’re unhappy with the result of your refund request, you can take your case to our management team. They will look into it thoroughly. Our main goal is to reach a fair solution for everyone involved.

7. Refund Payment Method

Refunds will be given back to the same way you paid. After a refund is approved, it may take up to 10 business days to complete, depending on your bank or payment service.

8. Amendments to Refund Policy

WPUpright can change this Refund Policy whenever it wants. When we do, we’ll post the new policy on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
